Ever since I've had the S7, it seems to become glacially slow in certain circumstances. For example, I'm at a train station, where there are a lot of users and there is Wi-Fi available. (I'm not connected to it, but the phone detects a Wi-Fi network) For some reason, Chrome cannot even load a simple page, my email cannot connect to a server, and Facebook only gives me cached information.
Sometimes, if I turn off Wi-Fi, that solves the problem. Most of the time, it does not. It sounds like the antenna is junk on the S7. I look around and there are others who can access data easily on their phones, android and apple. I'm on a top-tier provider and my signal is strong (LTE, 2 bars, plus 5 bars of regular reception) so I'm confused as to why this is happening.
If you can help me solve it, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
