Does the S7 have built-in Mobile Hotspot if it's an international model?

Hey all!

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 G900F. It is the Korean version. It came with a built-in feature called Mobile-Hotspot. It is not rooted and it's running the latest OS. I live in the US and am on the AT&T network. I was wondering if the S7 in a Korean version, or similar country has the same feature? The reason why I ask is that I really don't want to buy a carrier branded phone because certain features are tweaked and may not be available, such as the Mobile-Hotspot one.

My carrier branded S7 Edge has it, but that's because I'm not in the US.

So, that means it's not a US based phone. That's a good sign.

I don't think that's true, it's enabled in Poland, and I suspect it's the same for the rest of Europe.

It's enabled in the uk. I use it often to tether my iPad.

Doesn't carriers in Europe also has that separate payment to allow tethering?

On a side note, would anyone know if this applies to iPhones or not? I didn't think Apple had an international model number, but I could be wrong.
