S7 update (AT&T)

Yesterday I wrote Samsung about my battery life with the S7. They asked for all of the info from the "about phone" screen, and proceeded to tell me that I'm 8 updates behind. I was always thinking I was overdue for an update, but anytime I ever checked, it said my software was up to date. When I told them this, the representative told me to use my computer and the Smart Switch app, and that it would tell me to update. This too, told me I am up to date. I'm stumped!

Thats because Samsung Tech Support... and I use TECH loosely, They are clueless to the phones and models..
