I'm in the US and I got the samsung Galaxy S3(gt-i9300) unlocked, bought it unlocked new from amazon. It should work as long as you got it unlocked.

The International GS3(I930) never comes locked with any carrier so you should not have any problems with it, you can easily get one online off Amazon or ebay.

If you want a Galaxy S3 which will work the world over then buy the International Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 Unlocked or Sim Free version.

That way you can put any sim card from any network from any country in the world and it will work.
