Yes that is the Official Firmware for it.

You can either Download using the link above and flash through odin.

Or flash an official stock ICS rom back to your device and update through kies.

Thanks man I thought only samsung unbranded rom was being released. I have Vodafone Portugal phone, they probably are close to release it too! Can you please tell me if they do?
