Skype LED notification and vibration don't work

Hello,
Doesn't matter if I'm on wi-fi or on mobile, skype led notifications do not work, nor the vibrate. Only the popping sound does. I've been re-installing the app, restarting the handset, turning options off and on, but nothing has helped.
It's kind of annoying and unreliable. Is anyone having similar issues?

try the light flow app mate,lets you customise notifications for each app includin led colour + vibration. make sure it supports skype before you buy but it supports viber and go sms so probably does. the free version wont
