I love my 32 GB GT I9300. But I held out, for a while for the 64 gig model. Finally, after a large discounts told me that Samsung told them the 64 gig want coming out soon.If ever. So I bought the 32 gig version and a 64 GB SD Card, and have been extremely happy with it.

Now, it's quite possible that Samsung is actually releasing the 64 gig version within the next two months. It will cost me upwards of $900 US. That's as much as a new car stereo would cost.

Would you sell your S3 (for what? What is top dollar for this phone?), add another $400-500 US), and buy the 64 GB model?

No, I dont have any files or programs large enough to cover 96GB alone plus with multiple SD cards you could easily have that storage on two SD cards for 5 times less money...??? doesn't make sense why someone would? 2, 64gb SD cards for $140, plus the phone has 32?

160GB all together and you saved $360.. the decision seems clear to me.

Since ics and JB don't let you move apps to the external SD Card, said cards are useful only for storing media of various sorts. And, afaik, moving media has to be done manually.

If I had 64 GB built in, I wouldn't have to remember to move those files. Is that worth almost $1000 US? I don't think so. But, otoh, I've always had the very latest, most powerful equipment available, so the 64 GB model is calling my name.
