It may not be out in Egypt yet, search on Google 'galaxy s3 jelly bean Egypt' then you may find various pages that will help you out.

am actually having the same issue like TITO i don't know if it's the country that manifactured the device or from where you log in the hemisphere, new user and also couple of friends just bought the devices and they already on 4.1.1..any updates on the subject matter ?
