Anyone know what this "smart screen rotation" is?
And is there a site like when we were wanking over JB that updates each day?
Hope ill be custom rom'd anyway....

Smart screen rotation uses front camera to work out if you looking at the screen while lying down or at an angle and stops the screen from rotating, so you can carry on looking at the screen in the correct orientation. Sammobile is probably best site to check on

Had a go with the leak that's been roaming around the internet for days now, and the smart rotation thing doesn't seem to be that "smart", it was crap, but of course, that was just a leak, I really hope they improved it

I dont see the problem with turning the screen rotation toggle into a lock of whatever rotation it happens to be in!

I didn't even realize I had received the update. I've been so busy lately. Now, I'm playing with multi window features.
BTW I'm in the Czech Republic...

To tell you the truth I checked my phone and saw the version had changed from 4.1.1 to 4.1.2.. I couldn't tell you if it was official or not. I'm on Vodafone in CZ and I use a pay as you go. I have the features that has been discussed for 4.1.2 update. I could've received the update maybe in the last 2 or 3 weeks...

I think it was probably released maybe in the same time frame as Poland... after all we are neighbors.
I saw the changes on my phone at least two weeks ago, but didn't put it together. That's why I checked which version was on my phone. I'm happy to have the international S3. I have gotten my updates fairly quickly and I purchased my phone in September. Also, my phone is not locked to any provider in CZ.

I think I have the unlocked version and I'm in UK but there's no release here

, Korea has not long got it so hopefully it's a lot of Europe next.

No. I watched the tutorial on YouTube. I'm not sure if it's only enabled for the Galaxy Note 2.

These features are working with no issues:

Multi-View (Multi Windows Multitasking, same as in Note II)
Page Buddy
Notification Panel (Notification Panel can now be customized)
Smart Rotation (Screen Display adjusts to your angle of sightings)
Continues Input in Samsung Keyboard (Like Swipe or Android 4.2 Keyboard)
Paper Artist App (Same as in Note II)
New Gallery App (Same as in Note II)

It's here...but can't update OTA because I have root. To make matters worse my desktop is freaking out at the new version of Kies and not starting. Time to get the old netbook out.

Download triangle away... it will reinstate ota... if it doesn't then do a factory reset (with back up) and then it will definitely reinstate ota... although you'll join the queue so netbook will be quicker
