Hi All,

I am new to Android. Have had an iPhone since they were first released but was not impressed buy the iPhone 5 so opted for the Galaxy S3.

Am working out the phone but one thing I can't work out - can anyone help? I have a MP3 file as my ringtone which plays fine. As soon as I connect the phone to bluetooth in my car (to a Nissan Connect system) the custom ringtone plays on the phone but my car plays the default ringtone on the Galaxy S3 (loud ringing).

Is there a setting to change to get the bluetooth device to play the same ringtone?

Thanks alot,

Keith

No it's not impossible !

On the Galaxy S2 it's possible to change your bluetooth ringtone.
You go to your call log.
Then press the options button and then Call preferences.
Here you can change your ringtone when on BT.

But now i have the same problem with the Galaxy S4 where i can't find the menu option.
And the ringtone is really annoying and really loud....

If anyone has a solution or an app that can change this.
It would be much appriciated!

Kind regards,
