i just bought a samsung galaxy s3 GT I9300 and i just found out that there's no "Motion" submenu in settings.What seems to be the problem?

hi guys first time on here i looking for a rom for my china s3 maui.11amd.w11.50.sp.v12,2012/09/20 18:56 kernel version 3.0.13 root@nebula #1 thu nov22 10:52:00 cst 2012 build alps.ics.mp.v2.6 custom build version 000121122 or if theres any other rom that will work with this phone ive got 2 both have same problem when factory reseted it losses signal and wont conect to any net work and the signal bar is soild in sted of lines i have the rom that they sent me but its in folder format and not in a tar file or a pac file if that would help u figer it out and u could use it as a base for more roms

the file cam as a zip but none of the programs ive got will pic it up unlees u unzip it and then its in folder format
