You have the international version of the S3 so there shouldn't be any issues since it's unlocked.

If you are getting a "No Sim Inserted" error Jenny, make sure the SIM is actually CLICKED IN. I know with mine, it was tricky, and almost SEEMS like it's in when it's not, make sure you push it in and wait for it to CLICK.
