    Default samsung galaxy s3 not connecting to laptop

    my s3 used to connect to laptop automatically and now also but on my s3 it says service pack 3 for xp but i have windows 7. and i want to restore my files via remo recover but it does not detect it. what can i do???????????????????????????????? any help for remo. thanks in advance

    Try installing the latest version of kies and make sure all the drivers are upto date.

    You install "airdroid" and connect your galaxy s3 with wi-fi, or use the bluetooth. Don't you do only new versions android but for transfer files and other it's no problem!

    Are u on stock or custom ROM? If uve flashed a custom ROM , Kies will not detect your phone...
