Google play magazines eating up the entire battery

Hi,
After the recent update from Samsung there is an app "Google play magazines" that is eating up my entire battery in hours. Note that I have not installed this app on the phone, and can not find it in apps manager > all. So can not disable it. Under the battery when I click on the app, the force stop and report buttons are disabled as well. What should I do? Please help!

Yes, I have not installed this app, I just tried using my computer and Google Play, it says its not available in my country :s (maybe 'parts' of it were installed with the latest Samsung update?)

BUT, as you can see from the screenshots, its the app that's eating up 95% of the battery. I am not able to find the said app anywhere (application manager \ all) or using the task manager.

Im having the exact same issue since jelly bean update google play magazine using lots of battery.
I cant find the app to disable it. Any ideas? So frustrating

Hi
I would do a safety copy of the phone, and then do a factory reset.

Sometimes necessary after firmware upgrade.
