phone not syncing

hi i have the samsung galaxy siii and lately ive noticed that my apps are not syncing on their own
like twitter i dont recieve notifications anymore and im having to manually check for @s and emails too and same with facebook
if someone could help i would be greatful

Mine not syncing either. Tried turning sync off and on again and still not syncing calander (gmail) or emails from any accounts. Happened after 'upgrading' to 4.1.2. Tried setting up sync schedule but still no luck.
