S3 Problem

Hello,

I am some one can help me with a problem I have with my phone.

Some times when I try to make a call it shows it is try to make the call but it does not connect and I hear no ring tone...some times it just stops like that and some times it will connect after a few mins.

It also does not receive calls some times.I don't use the answer phone but will get a text saying some one has rung me.

I am in the UK and on Orange network.

I hard tried doing a hard reset and this has made no difference.

Hi Paul. Have you tried contacting your mobile phone network provider first?

I have just been speaking to them and they don't know of any issues with the S3...I have a Samsung Motzart 7 which works ok...with no problems apart from the touch screen some times does not work....but other than that the phone works as it should....they have suggested it may be a sim card problem so I am going to go get a new one and try that...if it's not that then I will look at getting the phone replaced
