dose anyone no how fix this problem when i start my s3 up its freezes on the first loading sreen (samsung galaxy s3 gt-19300) then when you put the charger in it freezes on the battery screen after restarting the qhone ?? help

Then select "Wipe Cache Partition." This will clear out the temporary system logfiles and other data that might be messing things up. You will not lose any important files.

If that doesn't work, then try booting it into Safe Mode using these instructions: Samsung Galaxy S3 - Enable and Disable Safe Mod... - Mobile Product Support Forums If it boots successfully, then you should try to uninstall any recently installed apps, since one of them might have been the culprit.
