samsung s3 freezing and hanging

My Samsung s3 have a problem of freezing and hanging several times. after freezing the phone can restart by removing the battery
How can solve this problem??

I am having the same problem with my samsung S3 i9300, I tried factory reset with no luck, tried "Clean Cache Partition" with the same result, don't know what to do, is hardware keys rest the last option?
