me too...keeps telling me no updated available. I am stock...16gb Grey.

I've tried downloading 3 times. Once it finishes downloading, it asks where you'd like to install now or later. I click now, and all the windows go away for about 60 seconds, at which point I get a notification that the firmware was unsuccessful. I'm trying a restart now to see if that fixes it...

Same there. I even did a restore back to factory and tried with the same results. Colleague has the same device next to me and his worked fine.

I had the same problem. The update failed with the use Kies errors. I did the update again, but I had the tab plugged in. It worked.
