If you're willing to go with a refurbished one, keep an eye on woot.com. About once a week they have an awesome deal on a tablet (not always a Galaxy Tab) and I have seen the 16GB 10.1 Wifi only for around $299-$329 a few times in the past. Just a thought.

If you can, I'd wait until The end of February when Samsung is going to announce their next Galaxy Tab at the Mobile World Congress. Once they do that, the current version's price should drop a lot.
