Device date & time is set correct in settings and display correct on screen bottom right. Some apps will not work saying date and time is incorrect. Xfinity app will not work because or error. GPS test has time 4 hours ahead of actual time.

Any ideas other than resetting?

Had same issue (Twitter clients wouldn't work...)
Just go to settings. Open time/date. Reset them....solved all my problems.

Have already tried rebooting and changing date and time to INCORRECT values, rebooted and then reset them to correct date and time then rebooted. Did not fix the issue.
