I'm using a Samsung galaxy ace duos. My google play won't seem to work. Every time i open it, it would always show a "connection timed out" message even though I have a good wi-fi connection. can i get some help here? Thank you

Had basically hated my phone because of this issue. I cannot thank you enough! I temporarily "fixed" this by clearing the info for google play as another person posted, but then was back to the same trouble the next day. Then even that fix didn't work. The fact that you were even able to figure out this fix has me in awe!! Thank you x 1000000! Does anyone know how this setting gets disabled? I have no recollection of ever doing that but would like to avoid it in the future.

On my samsung tablet, I am having problems with the 'play store' app. It opens but doesn't load anything then turns off straight away so I am struggling to get any apps downloaded to my tablet. I need help please someone tell me what to do???
