browser question

Hi, recently got the samsung tablet 2 10.1 and when i open the internet, it opens on about:blank.
My default setting says most visited and when i open a new tab it shows my most visited, but just when i open internet at start it always shows about:blank.
Also, i cant close the last tab of the internet. Whenever i click x to close it just open about:blank. I want it to close completly when last tab is closed.
Any advice?

I have that issue too. I use Dolphin and like it much better. Have dolphin on my phone too. Always have. Not a fan of stock browser.
