    Default Notification icons don't appear

    On my Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, I'm no longer getting notification icons next to the time in the status bar. The notifications are still present in the pop up menu when I tap on the status bar. I also no longer receive notification sounds. This has only developed in the last couple of weeks. Previously, I received email, Google+, Google Voice, etc notifications. I'm at a total loss. Any suggestions?

    I guess you figured out by now to turn on notification on you toggles.
    Just wondering.
