Hi all,

Very happy with Galaxy tab 2 but the wife took a load of vids and pics of the grandchildren and used up a lot of the internal storage (16GB) I bought a micro sd card and moved the pics and vids from the internal sc card to the external card and most won't play. Unable to load photo or unable to play video.

I have done batch moving and individual but all seems hit and miss.

Have use used the internal my files etc and a number of apps for the same job, same result.

Can anyone help.

Bought tab 2 in october so software versions should be up to date.

I have not moved videos and pics from internal to external, but I have moved videos from pc to external and they all work fine. Have you tried rebooting the tab then trying to play/view files after that? Just a thought, not sure if that will fix it or not.

You may have to use a different player. I have use MX.
