You can still download it from Adobe's archive by accessing Adobe in the web Browser that you use. From other forums it seems that versions 17 tru 20 give the best results(You see what I mean when you see the number of archived versions) Make sure you select the Android version. Tick "accept downloads from other sources" on the device and downlaod. Here is a link for a comprehensive write up on the do's and don'ts. Most importantly, power down the device and reboot after installing:

    Hi everyone,

I just purchased a tab 2 10.1. Is this still the best way to put flash on it? Is it not available on the Play Store? If its not what version of the archived flash player do you recommend.

Thank you for all the help!

Yes it is the only way. 11.1.115.20 is what I have. No issues with this.

It (flash) will not become available in play store again.
