How to make page smaller on facebook!

Hello everyone,

I have a new Samsung GALAXY Tab 2 10.1. My pet peeve so far is that when I go on Facebook it automatically just goes to status updates. It does not give me the main screen where you have settings, security, log-out etc. Also all the pictures are huge and I cannot seem to locate how to make the screen smaller. I went into my twitter account as well and it does not give me the home screen on there either. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please? Thanks so much for your help.

The Facebook app is optimized for phones only which is why certain aspects of it look terrible. There's nothing you can do about it until Facebook optimizes the app for tablets. People have been waiting awhile.

Try friendcaster. It is Tablet optimized.

Don't use the FB asp. Use your browser to access Fb just as you would on a Pc. It is a much better experience

To get the pictures smaller in the FB app, double tap reduces them for me. Ditto where "read more" or "comments" appear in a post
