Reset used Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 to stock Jelly Bean?

i just bought a used tab 2 10.1 GT-P5113TS. and CyanogenMod is installed on the tab. I want to uninstall it and start back to factory Jelly Bean.
if I can get someone to help that would be great. I would need step by step help along with the downloads.

Easiest way to back to stock ROM is

1. Download required stock ROM from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. Use Odin and, check PDA and select rom donwloaded from sam mobile

This should work for you
