No. You'll need to get yourself a hotspot to replace that USB modem.

I don't think that your USB modem will work with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, mr_mark95. I *know* that the Verizon Jetpack MiFi 4G LTE mobile WiFi hotspot works, though. I have one, and have connected my new Galaxy tablet to it. Any WiFi-capable device sees the MiFi as just another WiFi hotspot; if you've got the device working, setting up a tablet connection is simple.
