I am new to samsung and just bought an S4 and tab2 10..1
Is there an update to jelly bean for my tab 2 from 4.0.4? I have wifi and 4g from att

If you cant get it ota than use Kies its the Samsung software and you can get the update there. I have 4.1.1 and had to use Kies to get my upgrade

Kies is a samsung program for windows to do various things to your device. Ota is over the air...so your carrier sending you an update via phone signals.
