It's supposed to but after going through update frenzy with other Samsung product I've found the update isn't really big change.

The updates may not look like much on top due to TouchWiz, but as for the underlying files and certain driver refinements for radios and such, os upgrades are always a welcome thing.

Google Now, butter, voice to text offline, take action in notifications, and the new camera stuff is what is important to me. As long as they are there, I'm happy.
