Can the JB update be removed?

Can the JB update be removed? My wifes new tab ust got the update and I do not like the moving the clock now its to small and the darn buttons are harder to reach in the middle. this suks and should have a uninstall feature.

Im sorry but i must vent, One of the main reasons I bought the Tab 2 was for the menu features(buttons) compared to the Nexus. The mre I think about this update the more livid I become. There seems to be a way back to original by flashing the original firmware with Odin over on the XDA forum.

I have Reverted my lovely wifes tab2 back to stock with the above link so it does work perfectly. Just one note, the volume up is on left and down is on right.
Easy and fun.
