Notifications drop down available as app for other phones

I really like the NOTIFICATIONS drop down on the Galaxy Tab 2. It has access to brightness and a bunch of other settings available for quick access. Is there an app available that does a similar thing on other Android devices?

I looked in the Google Play Store for you and I couldn't find anything. I used the search words you provided above. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
