Error while downloading..... Candy Crush, ChatOn etc etc

My father keeps getting this every single time he switches his Tab on and now has 8 errors. I used to get this with my Galaxy S3 but then figured out how to correct it but now, for the life of me, I cant remember what I did??

Try to reboot into recovery mode by turning the device off and then hitting power and volume + at the same time. Then try clearing the cache and see if that does anything. Then try rebooting the device.
