I feel bad that you're having this serious problem with your device, but you ultimately may need someone to look at your device in person to try to fix it. Are there any good cellphone repair shops where you live in Latvia?

All right, if it is the drivers in the computer, you'll need to get t to device manager. I forgot how exactly on win xp, but there should be an answer on Google. Reply when you have device manager open. best of luck

i think maybe usb cabel is problem for this because its just charge and thats it i laugh about it there no experts about this stuf maybe but not in stores

i tried and look but there no samsung drivers instal but i have kies wtf

..... Try reinstalling kies. Ugh kies Stinks it treats us like little kids.

maybe usb cable? because its just charge and i think its broken because it sometimes when my tab was working conect me

and i have another yesterday i do something and no it stuck on samsung logo and when i charge it show batery loading in it and i dont now if it even loading

If that's what you think then go buy a new one. But reinstalling kies is free.
