Smasung tab 2 no display. But sound is on.

I have samsung tab 2 10.1. The problem I have is the display does not happen. I can hear the sounds, like message tone, vibration, ringtone etc. But no display. Please advice what to do.

Did you drop the device? This sounds like the digitizer is damaged. That is what makes the screen display what is meant to be seen. As for fixing it, it can be difficult and most likely damgaing other parts in the process.

Turn the tablet off. Now hold power, home and volume up until it vibrates.
It should show a warning triangle with a message
If the screen still doesn't work the display is broken :\
