    I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 with 4G LTE with Verizon. I have issues with using the hotspot feature. Has Android 4.1.2. Sometimes connected devices can't access the Internet. A couple of weeks ago I tried connecting both a laptop and an iPad at the same time. If I tried a wifi connection with both, neither could use Internet. However, if I connected the laptop by USB and the iPad by wifi both could use the Internet. Yesterday I tried connecting only the iPad. It showed to be connected but could not use Internet. Does anyone know what would cause this inconsistent hotspot Internet availability?

    Update - Samsung tech support told me the process to clear the cache and that seems to have solved the problem.
