Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 - Apps keep closing

Any apps we use just close easily and unexpectedly, especially games. Is there a solution for this or just something we just have to live with. It is very annoying!!

Are you sure you're not hitting the Back Key by mistake ?
It's pretty common on the Samsung because of where the back key is.
On my Tab 3 8.0 it happens occasionally , it's easy to hit.

We just bought a Tab3 10.1 last week and our device is also going to the main screen from open apps with no key presses. Is there possibly a sensitivity setting that is causing this?

My 10.1 does the same. Again especially on games. Definitely not pressing any button

My tablet is doing the same thing. Any app I use, it just goes back to the home screen.

same problem here. What is going on with this? My wife even holds it upside down to make sure she doesn't hit a button by accident and it happens with many apps now.
