I'm wondering if anyone knows if the battery from the original Galaxy Tab could be installed and work properly in the Tab 3 7.
I think I need to replace the battery. I live in Japan and the Tab 3 was never released here, so the only option is to import a battery, but importing batteries is really strict here so I'm not sure it would make it to me.
It suddenly went into a coma on Tuesday. It was fully charged on Sunday night. Turned it on, on Tuesday after being in my bag for a day, and it launched saying it was going to shut down and with the screen on the lowest brightness. I've got it home and charged it and it won't come back on. I've opened it up and removed the clip to discharge the battery, but no dice. I've tried all the options except using its original charger, which I no longer have. Again, I'm not confident that the version sold separately over here would agree with it any better than the Apple one I've been using.
Any help would be much appreciated.
