I Purchased a Samsung Galaxy tab3 7" 2 weeks ago and it was stolen

It had no sim card and was still sealed. Is there any way to trace it?

Unfortunately there is no way to trace it if you didn't active it and have Android Device Manager set up. Do you have the receipt still? Is the IMEI on the receipt? If it is you can report it to the carrier to have the IMEI blacklisted as stolen.
