Why didn't I get the Viber activation code?

Did,nt get viber activation code

I have galaxy tab 3..i deactivate my viber due to some reason..then i re-installed it..but now i did,nt receive activation code..its showing the problem of latest version..i have installed it 4 times..but again same promlem..now what can i do..??

I had a similar problem when I tried to transfer my Viber account to a new phone. I got in touch with Viber support and we tried every possible fix to no avail until they decided to reset my account in their server and that did the trick. I didn't lose any contact or previous chats and everything is working fine since then. You can find their email in the Play Store.
