why is my Samsung galaxy tab 3 not turning on or working period?

The screen is black, you can't hear no sound, or nothing it just want turn on!

It sounds like either the battery is dead and needs charging or there is a major failure in the tablet itself. If the battery is really dead it will have to charge for some time before you will get any indication of life on the screen. Try another charger and a different cable if nothing happens after about an hour!
