At Startup after entering name, I get "Google Account Manager has stopped" and won't go further

I did a hard reset and I can boot into TWRP but have no idea what to do with it and reading forums is just confusing. How can I just get past the Google Account Manager error? It won't let me get into settings so that's not an option, which is what I see a lot of people mentioning online. All I have is the screen asking for my name and get the google account manager error.
