Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 charges but wont turn on?

It turns on to the point where the lighting comes on but nothing happens then when i hold the power button for like 20 seconds or so, it will black screen then it comes back and the lighting is on then it goes back to a black screen and then i see the battery charging appear but it wont actually turn on when i push the power button, it just repeats, any ideas?

Can you enter recovery mode? Google, "enter recovery mode on Galaxy Tab 3". See if you can access that. If so, "Try" wiping the cache partition and reboot. Let us know!
