Bricked Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Have I Ruined my Tab? Can't get into download mode!

When trying to fix a serious problem with my galaxy tab 3, a problem that a hard reset wouldn't fit, I seem to have made it much much worse.

I'm obviously far out of my depth and I have read so much online I'm now very confused. I can't boot into download mode - all it displays is this error screen.

I wanted it for a long bus journey I'm going on on Sunday that is the only reason it came out of storage.

I have tried:
- Different USB cables
- Different USB ports
- Different firmware versions
- Different versions of Odin

Looking for any help anyone can give me.

Was this rooted or not?
I think first you need to reload the latest stock ROM using Odin, then take it from there.

It was factory reset before it went to this stage. I downloaded the ROM from sammobile but I keep getting an error in odin.

It wasn't rooted annoyingly.
