galaxy tab 7.0 internal memory unavailable

i just upgrade my samsung galaxy tab 7.0 via kies now my internal memory is unavailable no sd card no camera when i open camera say TURN OFF USB STORAGE BEFORE USING CAMERA what shall i do please help i upgrade from froyo 2.2 to gingerbread 2.3 how to turn off USB storage

Is your camera app stored on your external SD? If so, it shouldn't be. It needs to be on your internal SD.

Did you leave the external SD card in when upgrading? If so, I would have removed it.

When you upgraded, did you wipe the device? If not, I would try re-flashing with a clean slate.

Or, copy all your data off your external SD card, then try reformatting the SD card, then copy your data back. Might be a corrupted file or something on there too.

yes Sd card was in when i uograde bud now both Sd and internal memore are unavailable and second (back ) camera not work too when i press camera say TURN OFF USB STORAGE BEFORE USING CAMERA when i connect to pc both disck are corrupted i cant open them i dont have original room froyo so i cant reflash it its shw-m180s its korea tablet

only system storage are available i format internal memore but again same i did factory data reset but again same . what is "wipe data/factory reset" if i do it will it format all my room? or will sent me back to froyo 2.2

i did not wipe nothing it was

firmware version: 2.2

now is 2.3.6
