Assembling various cables/connectors, *I tested the side audio jack of the Tab and confirmed that it does support a MIC In as well as Headphone Out feature.

Having the ability to use an external mic opens up many possibilities for field filming, live broadcasting and personal use such as Skype etc.


However, for prolong use of the jacks feature, it would be optimal to use a much simpler adapter cable that's shorter and lighter in weight.

The newly designed cable would have a right-angle plug, split-out into two audio jacks. *One for Mic In, the other for Headphone Out, and would be approx 4-5 inches in length.

I would like to know how many Tab Owner's would be interested in having such a cable before begging production. *Approx. Price would be no more than $7.00 dollars.
