Wonder if anyone can please help me,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab p1000,

It has Froyo on it, but what i did was download Odin 1.7 and started the process and installed this CF-Root-TAB7_XX_OXA_JQ1-v3.3-CWM3RFS.tar

After that completes, the device now vibrates once and then followed by 3 vibrates and goes into a constant loop of rebooting?

If i hold the power button down and the volume up button the screen looks as if its now broken,
If i hold the power button and the volume down button, then i get the Yellow android and says downloading

All i want to do is upgrade from Froyo to something newer if possible.

any help would be appreciated please
