    Default Double tap ....from a electronic work place fix

    I just had some one(old couple not into computers) show up and had this weird thing to where only double tapping fast would work....I did a factory reset and still the double tap continued but instead of it being for everything it was only for the lock screen.
    There gone now but how do you fix this?
