1st Gen Samsung Galaxy Tab, System issue
I have the SCH-i800 model CDMA 7' Galaxy Tab. I went to cyogenmod because I was told that I could install one of there rom's, to replace the outdated Android OS that was on it. The mod I tried to install had Ice Cream Sandwich as the OS.
I installed the proper clockwork rom manager, and then installed the new Rom. It said that if you cannot install to the system folder, then install to the data folder, which I did. I now have a tablet that I think you folks call bricked. It turns on, but no splash screen. Just a blank dark screen that shows that it is on, but no one is home.
What can I do here. It seems to me that somehow an os should be able to be installed on this thing. Any help? Please?
